Which order to use talent points?

This is the build I'm going to use. It is the build that Indalamar stickied on the board. Im giving it a try.

5 Deflection
5 Tactical Mastery
3 Rend
3 Deep Wound
2 Charge
2 Overpower
2 Impale
5 2h Spec
1 Sweeping Strikes
2 Hamstring
1 Mortal Strike

5 Cruelty
5 Demo Shout
1 Piercing Howl
3 Blood Craze
1 Booming Voice
5 Enrage

I was wondering in what order I shoulod invest these into? I think what I'm doing right now "skipping over from arm and fury" is very inefficient.
Any good ideas? Im lvl 16 right now and used couple of those points.

There are 2 ways to go about spending talent points as you level.

First way, if you plan to solo almost exclusively to 60 then I would do this

5 Cruelty
5 Demo Shout
1 Piercing Howl
4 Unbriddled Wratch
5 Enrage
4 Improved Slam
1 Death Wish
5 Flurry
1 Bloodthirst
5 Deflecion
5 Tactical Mastery
2 Overpower
2 Charge
3 Rend
3 Deep Wound

Then respec at 60 to whatever you want (don't keep this spec)
Fury Spec talent line is Great for solo grinding exp but not as group friendly as Arms/Fury spec.

Or if you plan to group a lot then I would do this (and this is what Im doing)

5 Deflection
5 Tact Mastery
1 Anger Management
2 Overpower
2 Charge
3 Rend
2 Deepwound
1 Sweeping Strike
1 Deepwound
2 Impale
1 2h Mastery
2 Hamstring
3 2h Mastery
1 Mortal Strike
5 Cruelty
5 Demo Shout
1 Piercing Howl
3 blood craze
1 Booming Voice
5 Enrage.

would you still fight with a slow 2h with the solo grind template? i think unbridled wrath isnt worth it with a slow 2h and does tactical mastery fit in a solo grind template?
i would put the wrath points into blood craze (with troll) and 1 point into improved battle shout and 2 points from mastery into impale ...but i cant play wow atm and i only played wow in open beta so i dont have much experience
..im very interested in a solo warrior template =)
