Combat feedback on the target's portrait?

I'm talking about the damage taken/healing taken numbers you can see on your portrait. Is there any way to make these numbers also display on your target's portrait? I know this from Nymbia's unit frames and it helps me as a healer because I can more easily see what kind of damage/healing the target is taking.
