It kills me that they want to charge $25 to move a character from one account to another. Although, its true that if it were for a reason such as two people playing on one account, then splits off and gets their own account...that was against ToS. But then again, they're offering you the option to move a character from one account to another, so they pretty much know that people are doing that anyway.

Both accounts have to have a matching last name. So nothing can be fully traded..

Yes, but thats easily worked around if you really wanted. Make sure when you make a new account, that you put the last name the same, start it with a game card. Then later change the info and/or add a credit/debit card :)

Right, but as soon as you pay for whatever char, and it's transferred to a new account, the guy can fax his ID to blizz hq, and have the info reset. gg

and if it didnt cost anything, everyone would transfer everywhere and all the time. its just a way of reducing traffic and ofc earning moneys
