High Priestess of Thaurissan in BRD ?

Thought she's with Emperor, but no, that's Princess bronzebeard or something. Judging from number of kills on thottbot it looks like she's a rare spawn. Anyone knows her approximate spawn spot ?

I believe she is the NPC that is present after everyone in the group has completed "Saving the Princess" or whatever. A loot dropping female NPC is present after that, I just don't remember her name.
