High End 2h warrior going Dual wield

Hello warriors, I played a lot 2 hander in all various ways and would like to play a berseker now.

I have top end gear
Conqueror's crown - Helm of endless rage
Eye of hakkar
Conqueror spaulders - Drake talon
Cloak of Concentrated Hatred - Puissant cape
Breastplate of Annihilation - Conqueror
Hive Defiler Wristguards
Gauntlets of Annihilation
Onslaught Girdle
Exalted Warsong Legplates
Chromatic boots
Don Julio's Band
Quick Strike Ring
Blaster shot launcher - Crossbow of Imminent Doom
Hand of justice - Blackhand's Breadth - Drake fang Talisman

That makes only 11 + hit

What would you change in this setup for the best avaiable dual wield build. I'm 'm thinking about Titanic legplates, Lionheart helm and maybe that blue necklace http://www.thottbot.com/?i=52962 (never drops :()
And of course weapons, i'm stuck with spineshatter and deathbringer. Waiting for naxx drops ^^

I guess you chose Onyxia tanking trinket instead of neck? ^^ and Yeah i think Lionheart would be a nice boost for your hit chance but im not sure would titanic be worth over WSG Exalted ones. Also if you can get the Master Dragonslayer ring. ^^
