Nature Resistance for Shamans in AQ40

Topic says it all, do you guys think NR is required for fights in AQ, if so how much do you require your Shamans to have? Take into consideration that this is a new guild so there is a learning curve for AQ.

For c'thun, ouro, and viscidus shamans need NR. I usually have 150+ with NR totem down. For skeram, fankris, twin emps, and huhuran I wear no NR.
