No exclamation points

Just started happening no exclamation marks over quest givers, they still give the quest if you happen to click on them, and question marks do show up to end quest. Anyone else having this problem?

are the quests grey to you? if they are no exclamation marks appear becuse these quests are worthless for your lvl

It's not only grey, it happens on the last 1-2 levels of green also.

Thanks that might be the problem but my daughters character is on level approiate quest and the dont show for her either. I created a new character and the quests showed up,
