I cant get this to work.

Its strange, I dont have the little box everyone is telling me to click but I still have the timer on my buffs. And I have the name box when I scroll over people.

What do I need to do to fix this? Any ideas?

I had the old UI and I've reinstalled several times. I tried putting it in the WoW folder, but nothing happens.

Oh and I get that error when I sign in.

You need to get the latest version from the site, sounds like you dont' have the updated files.
