How to edit UI options?

I've been a long time cosmos user, but after the patch broke it I decided I'd give this UI a try. I just can't figure out how to add the second bar (at least I think there is one, saw it in a screenshot in this section) and how to unlock the other bars/add the extended player info. I checked the box to enable the side bar.

In cosmos there was a menu where interface options etc. are. Is there supposed to be one, or am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated.

There isn't a menu and a bottom bar should be up tonight as well as the extended player info, blizz changed a lot of stuff on the playerframe, so i have to change a lot of code to accomodate.

It's all back to the way it was before the patch, still working on the bottom bar toggle, it's giving me a little issue ^^.

I will re-download what you have up now. I was looking forward to the bottom bar, but whenever you get it, it will be great! :)
