in each toc file there is interface # at the top just change it to the current version -- 4150 except the ones that say 26

those aren't the problems.. something with the framexml directory.. lots of error messages.. 3 actually.. one when you log in (the same one pops up when you close the map), 2nd is when you talk to a trainer, and 3rd is you can't right click the playerframe.. pretty sure 1 and 3 are connected..
