Question about stealth bar in the UI

Maybe I'm missing something obvious here, but in the nurfed UI my action bar doesn't change when I stealth. Bar 1 stays up both in and out of stealth.

Not sure, i can test it for a rogue, i know it changes fine for other shapeshift and stance changes.
