So i got home from my vacation today, find my account banned...
Reason: Thisrd Party Software Usage...

WTF? i think ofc.

And i hear that my "friend" tried to teach me a lesson.
So he keylogged my acc in wow and my guild forum...
Deleted my main after selling all the disenchanted gear.
Got her kicked from the guild while acting as me.

Then he used every hack out there at the same time accumulating as many reports as possible to get my account permabanned for all time..

Now what am i gonna do?
I'm gonna go to the pub, drink as much as i takes to get this all forgotten.

GG to Blizz if can't get my acc back at least..

I am sorry to here that this happen, but Ihate to tell you, but blizzard is extremely unforgiving in these matters and I do doubt any luck of having it unbanned.

Although with your account, if you can find someone on the phone at there office that is not an idiot, you can possible check for IP's tied to the account and the time that the account was logged in when the hacks were used, and with any luck, may be able to get the ball rolling and catch a break.

If you do decide to buy another copy of WoW, or any other MMORPG, to avoid having your account banned and/or stolen I do suggest getting the google pack ( http://pack.google.com ) which contains a free 6 month version of Norton Anti-Virus 2006 which hopefully will catch the keyloggers and virus', also to increase security, ensure that your forum passwords are different then in game passwords.

This guy lives next door on our student lot.
So we share the same IP/router modem.

The reason he did thet is because he was a botter and knew about it,
didn't feel like reporting him though.
But a few days after i left on vacation he got banned and thought i had him reported since i complained about him doing it some time before it happened.

He decided to use my info and get me banned to.

He most propably routes his connection usually for when he got banned, so no luck there :/

Seems like he even had his WoW desires fulfilled on my acc before he used got it banned.
I was away around three weeks, so he had plenty of time having fun with it >_<

He even acted as me tricking all of the guys in my guild getting me kicked etc. :S
Just hope that they will still have me in if i power level my guy up again :(

He is lucky he isn't around atm... very lucky...

Yeah, WoW is one of the worst games ever indeed. :roll: Did you start playing games in 2004? WoW doesn't even enter the top 100 worst games list. There are a myriad of no-name games out there that you've likely never even heard of they're so horrible. And that's not even including the early console days. Hunter power lvled to 60 : 6 days /played, so about 13 irl days for me.
Getting hunter into my old guild: 10 sec, gotta click accept guild invite >.<
Getting hunter loot when playing with full epic geared hunters in MC: 4 Weeks + / - 1 week depending on drops, but they ar often in these classes favour..
Getting Rhok'Delar if lucky: 3 weeks max if the leaf drops soon...

So, that's about 2 months of theoretical gametime right there, i know that it's that easy to get huntar lewt >.<

A friend of mine got banned out of nowhere because of bug abuse and multi-accounting. He didnt feel guilty and called like 10+ Blizz-Office Hotlines accross Europe. He talked with the first person who took his call and his account was unbanned 30 minutes later. I guess he was kinda lucky but hey - give it a try!
