umm....yea.....to make this post legitimate....

why do so many rogues like Thaloc and stabface go sword over mace even maces ARE a pain? i mean, not like your not gonna be able to find a good mace or 2 sooner or later right? and from what i gather youd be stronger for it in the end......oh well...ill prolly go shaman anyways so i guess it doesnt matter.

Stabface doesn't use maces 'cause they're "ugly". I know this for a simple fact.

Myself and my testing buddy both feel maces are far and away the strongest pick, but you seriously underesitmate the convenience of swords vs hammers. Do a thottbot search on high dps swords and hammres, particularly offhand capable ones, and check the drop rates.

if you go mace spec you cant get seal fate... seal fate is the greatest thing ever
