PvE class question

If you were playing solo mostly, disregarding instances for the most part, and were on a normal (carebear) server, which class would you play?

Without a doubt, Warlock.


Perfect PvE class imo. Pets, Lifetap, HP for Mana, heal stones, self rezzes. Id also consider a pally for melee.

For horde, Shaman. Warlock as well.

yeah, playing a shammie now, keep looking at all the other class spells/abilities, just don't see anything that'll pull me from shammie.

Yea, Shaman get fun toys, plus Ghost Wolf and Self rez. Can't go wrong.

I would say Warlock, #1 for the reasons stated. Or, Hunter. IMO the 2 premier solo PvE classes in game. Even better they both can be pretty nasty in PvP too.

Er the best solo pve class by far is the hunter. We have 3 lvl 60 hunters on Kel'Thuzad already. They mow through the levels like no tomorrow.

I'd say rogue. I started one on Durotan yesterday.

Shaman is awsome for grinding with the right setup. With the enhancemnet tree, you can get a 2h weapon with Flurry and Windfury. If you fight yellow/green mobs, your chance to crit is greater, and Windfury seems to proc more. If your an Orc you get a bonus with axes, you can literally fly through them with little downtime.
