i see a lot of people with those moving avatars and they are pretty cool. is there anyway that i could get one myself? thanx for the help if i get any

Wowmodelviewer has an option which lets you pick an in-game animation and convert it into a .gif picture.

How do you get them to be so smooth? What should the frame delay be at? Or the total frames? A basic formula would help :(

just try it out a few times, you don't need that many frames :)

I figured it looked choppy because of the program I was using to view the .gif in. Now it just seems that the background is kinda messed up :(
