Wheres a good place to lvl at 44?

I did all the quests in stranglethorn, feralis, badlands, desolace, and arathi that are around my lvl 40-45. Tthat only got me halfway now I have 12 quests in my log that are not worth doing... just long travel quests.. so did I completly miss a good area or something or should I just start grinding :(

Grind ogres/grimtotems in feralas, imo.

Questing, unless done in the midst of grinding, isn't really worth it at the higher levels. Plus there's more money to be made in grinding, imo.
