How do I install Nurfed UI?

First of all, sorry for being such a newbie.
But how do I install Nurfed UI? I got the .zip file but I can't find any readme file or anything like that.

Many topics about this but just open the .zip and extract the interface folder into your WoW folder.

So you'll get a map like C:/wow/interface/addons etc.
