New Armor Sets in 1.10

Just hoping someone else follows this stuff better than I do, since I don't have a clue.

If you want the new armor sets in 1.10, do you need your Tier 0 set?

Reason I ask, is I'm a healadin and haven't grabbed 1 piece of lightforge....don't tell me I need to collect it all to upgrade for the new set :(

No one knows - I originally assumed this would be part of the quest. They stated that you would be able to solo some of the pieces so it would not make a lot of sense if you could solo the pieces but not obtain part of the quest.

i really think you´ll need to have the T0-items. blizzard always spoke of "UPGRADES" for the old set.

But "upgrade" could always be taken as tier 1 to tier 2 is an "upgrade". I wouldn't think they meant that one item literally becomes the other, but who knows. I know I trashed all my beaststalker shit long ago, and while the set probably isn't worth it to myself personally, I'd probably still collect it in order to have it...or something. Probably just because there is nothing else to do in the game. But there is no way I'm running UBRS and the like to get 8/8 bs again.

No you don;t need tier 0. All the tier0.5 will be aquired through quests.
