How to update .toc files?

So the only way to use nurfed now is to update my .toc files. How is this done? :cry:

Open them in notepad. Edit and then save. Done =)

You only have to change them if your in the EU beta, the current version works with the current US patch.

Hmm well when i get into the game all i see is dps, buff timer, more item slots on the right, and the hotkeys for potions, bandages. Guess i put it in the wrong folder or something :?

That is what you are supposed to see, so you do have it in there correctly ^^.

well i dont have the new water hotkey, or hp/mana/exp % on the top left

That's not in the latest version. I'm hoping to find a copy of the version that had that so I can work on it.
