Yeah you can, what rank you are is determined by your 'rating' points which is shown on teh blizzard rankings page. Standing one will get a flat 13,000 rating points (after the -20% of course), and standing 2 usually gets around 12,500-750 depending on the total cp pool for your faction that week, and ive also heard it depends on how close he got to #1

Anyway as long as that +rating is enough to get you past 60,000. You'll hit rank14.
