Reputation and Mounts

I'm currently trying to decide whether to buy a UD horse and look lame or work my reputation with trolls/orcs to get a wolf or raptor. I'm nearly Honorable with both Orgrimmar and Darkspear Trolls, but I noticed that the mount NPCs use the word "exalted" when describing the reputation required to purchase from them.

I realize reputation hasn't been in very long but I was wondering if anyone here happens to know if they mean exalted as in the reputation level after reveared or if they are just using exalted as a substitution for honorable. Anyone know?

I'd rather not grind reputation just to come up two rep levels short. I can't imagine how long it would take to reach anything passed reveared.

I don't think the undead horse looks 'lame' at all - in fact I think other than the raptor (which undead look a little goofy on) the undead horse is the best looking horde mount. The wolf is weirdly disproportionate to the orc and troll (they look like they're humping it from behind rather than riding on a large worg... ) .. I think it looks like a scraggly haired dog, not some mighty war wolf! The raptor comes in various "My Pretty Pony" colors like pink and purple or green and yellow... hey if that's 'badazz' lookin to you! :roll:

My suggestion? If you're undead, BE undead and ride the bony pony! Save yourself the faction and money unless you really like humping mangy dogs! *snicker*

I love my undead horse and wouldn't ride anything else but the raptor, and not as an undead, it looks goofy.

Maybe it's just me then. Still, I like the look of the raptor the most although I can't recall what an undead looks like on one. When you look as good as me it doesn't matter what you ride I suppose 8)
