Nurfed nerfed? --FOUND A FIX--

Hey! I wanted to say thanks for the awesome UI ... I have been using it for a bit now and I really like it.

I logged out tonight at 6:00 pm EST and then back in to WoW at 7:30 pm. There was a patch to be downloaded (first one since release I think?) My problem is now that my Nurfed doesn't load. I checked the Interface directory an the Addons and FrameXML are both still there?! The default "skin" loads for WoW and I have to admit, I feel naked without the clock and extra sidebar ... LOL

I deleted my old UI and downloaded the new one. It still doesn't load the mods. Have I done something wrong? Someone in game told me that I just had to modify the version number for the game in your UI .. I asked him about that and he said he didn't know how.

I was hoping someone could advise me if this is something I can fix on my own, or does Tivoli have to re-release a patch?

Ok, it looks like the TOC files say that the current UI is optomized for 4062, and the Blizzard patch has updated the game to 4115.

I guess we wait for a new version. I will scan these forums to see if I can get it to work somehow.

Ok, here is the fix that I can see for now:

I was using the "old" version of the UI before Tivoli's latest changes.

Each .toc file needs to be edited to update the version number. The patch updated my game to 4115, however the version number I needed to put into the TOC files was 4114!

Here is an example:

OLD Version of Autobar.toc:

## Interface: 4062
## Title: AutoBar
AutoBar.xml

NEW Version of Autobar.toc:

## Interface: 4114
## Title: AutoBar
AutoBar.xml

Sorry to ask a silly question, but this is my first experience with a WoW UI mod. I really like it and I missed it the second it was gone!

EDIT: I have heard on the WoW UI Customization boards that Cosmos has a huge code problem with targetting enemies, etc. I doubt that will affect Nurfed, as the code is much more clean and steamlined.

I will post any findings if I can find some PVP. If anyone else comes across something, can they post here please? Thanks!
