Re-training talents for free...

I've heard a rumor that there are certain talent masters that will re-train you for free on specific days of the week. Supposedly this info is revealed in the strat guide... anyone out there with the strat guide willing to share this info? Or maybe at least let us know if this is true?

However, how much does each respec cost? I know it starts at 1g....

Respec cost is:

1g for the first time
5(n-1) for the nth time, where 1 < n < 12
50g forever thereafter

Now the question is.... do you think Blizzard will allow people a free re-spec when they nerf/buff a class in any upcoming patches?
