Does Impact's stun ability affect all damage (including DoT) from all fire spells?

Do the ticks of damage from a DoT take into consideration Impact's ability?

no the ticks of the DOT do not stun, but the innitial fire damage of the firespell has a chance to stun

yup, same for priests Shadow word pain, the ticks do not have a chance to stun just the first damage
