Depends on a lot of things, what talent build you are using, what situation you are in etc.

Right now I don't think you can say becuase of the fact that the changes in the next patch are going to alter they way warriors are played, IMO.

because of the way damage is calculated right now the best weapon is whatver has the highest max damage for its damage spread. With this criteria in mind I think at 227 high dmg the Blackhand Doomsaw is the best in game for a war.

i was just wondering to go axe mace or polearm :S trying to decide whats best for a dps warrior

at some point during the life of your warrior you will most likely use every kind of weapon. Polearms dont become good until very high level, I used mostly 2 handed axes and swords throughout my levels. At this point though I have 2h sword/axe/mace/polearm all at 280+ skill and 1h axe/sword the same. There really isnt a need to just stick with one type since it's just a bit of coin and the time to skill up to use whatever weapon is best at the time. At 55+ though I think axe or polearm is best, although the Twig of teh World Tree is pretty appealing as well if that's the only thing you can win a roll on.
