Console Commands (Nisstyr)

I played some CB/OB on your guys server and Nisstyr had told me some cool /console commands that I have forgotten and wish to have again. I was wondering if any memebers could provide them to me again so I enjoy them as I did in CB.

What i'm looking for: The console command to see your character's name above the character.

The command to take off the water glare so you can see straight through water from above.

Neither are in the game anymore :(.

Any of the old commands you can do with /console <command>

I could have sworn the names could be toggled with still using the /console command. We've taken pictures with/without the names.
