Thottbot requires the cosmos exe file to upload your data, so you could use it with the UI, but you would have to start WoW with the cosmos exe and bring in the thottbot addons, and that will probably require the cosmos main addons as well.

Not to mention using ANY 3rd party apps (i.e. cosmos launcher) violates the EULA and is cause for being banned.

If I'm not mistaken, you can load just the thottbot part of CosmosUI, never tried it before. As for Blizzard banning for using Cosmos launcher, I don't see it happenting, because having the community make and support UI mods keeps them from having to do it.
