What is the best build to lvl a warlock?

I finally decided to play a warlock (had to choose between a druid, rogue, and a warlock). I'm starting on the new server that opened up 1/1/2006. I've also checked out the warlock write up but it really didnt have anything to say about what the best build is for leveling.

Any tips/builds/suggestions?
