First moments of retail.

So, in retail when everyone spawns at the same time in the noob zones and all the places are going to be uber camped. What is the best way to get far ahead of the rest and get the levels flowing? I dont want to stand 10min with 40 other ppl camping that boss to make that quest. I want to get ahead and get the levels! Grinding ahead of everyone else the best option?

So, any opinons? Any advice? Thanks! :)

yeah when a quest is camped, group! Usually this will get 5 people to finish the quest at once... not many people do this though :(

In retail i think there are much faster ways then 5 parties camping one boss with slow mofo respawn =)

Whoever hit the mobs first gets the kill. Having 5 people ready to swing at once helps your odds. I just get to where the mob spawns and invite everyone around me until we have a full group. WoW has a very nice quest system in that regard.

yeah, sure you are 100% correct on that.. Maybe i should state that im swedish and waiting for the EU retail to hit the stores, while playing the eu closed beta.. So i wanted to know if there is any faster way then to make all those quests, add everyone to party etc.. Something "not as regular", like teaming up with a friend and running ahead, or skipping some part of the newb areas, something like that..

I always laugh at the people who refuse to group for a kill quest, because I've yet to run across someone faster than my earthshock...

take the zeppelin to a less crowded area :S :)

undead zone is always more crowded........

so i'd just get to level 10 really fast and move to orc country.. some might argue the quests are less fun there, but at least there's 100000acres of land to spread the masses :D

anyho, i've compared undead quests with barrens etc.. and barrens quest = nothing compared to undead.. thats a fact..

you always have to run through that awful place and get some hard to find drops or whatever -_-

give me the old silverpine forest with its instance, castle or 2, pyrewood, human npc mages that drop +5(?) int robes.... :p
