Ok, someone please explain the reasoning behind the cost of Onslaught Girdle versus say Shard of the Flame (4.xx) One is among the best belt for dps-warrior, the other is shit for just about any class.
Or whatever else, Onslaught is about the best belt for dps warrior, 8.xx dkp, WTFH!?

While it does seem very low (perhaps a bug in the calculations somehow?) the reason for any items cost is quite simple man :D
An item costs what it costs because the amount of stats it gives is weighed that much dkp, and would be on any item with the same stats.
Health/5sec is pretty overrated though, isn't it? From look at the tables it'd seem its actually the highest weighed stat at all for casters with a value of 0.31746.

stats and stuff, ye but still:
8.xx
+31 Strength
+11 Stamina
Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike by 1%.
Passive: Improves your chance to hit by 1%
14.64
+12 Stamina
+16 Intellect
Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 25.
Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.

Melee stats and caster stats are weighted differently because melee weapons are much more expensive due to paying for DPS.

so why aint quick strike ring half the cost of cauterizing band(for instance?)
Shard of the Scale is 2.148
Shard of the Flame = 4.440 (preset DKP)
So Shard of the Flame is not priced correctly for you, change it's DKP to lower. But if you want to find reasons to lower other items with high stats, that won't be possible on the default formula calculations. :)

shard of the flame, regens health rite? i mentioned that cost 4.xx (cba to find the last decimals) so i think you misunderstood me.
I just wanna know how it can be fair that the ultimate belt for a dps warrior costs fuck-all. (and yes i appreciate they pay more for wpns, but they also get ALOT more benefit then casters)
You will have to alter all your warrior formulas and charge more for stamina. I hardly think that sticking it to warriors on a belt is of any consequence, when their weapons are the most expensive items in game.
