Improved Hamstring - 2/2 points
The movement slow effect of the Hamstring ability is increased by 10%, so it slows enemies movement speed to 50% instead of 60%. Is it really worth it to spend 2 points on Improved Harmstring?

No extra damage, no increased chance to get a crit, no increased chance to parry, no extra rage etc., just 50% enemy movement speed instead of 60%. Indalamar took it also, so i was wondering what is the clou about it?

10% movement speed reduction is still a signifigant buff. The difference between 70% and 60% max movement speed is noticeable.
