K i cant for the life of me figure out how to install the the UI

You unzip it in your your WoW folder, directly right in there. And then if that still doesn't work try typing /console reloadui while you're ingame.

so just into the main folder?

Yes. The action of unzipping all the files at once should create an Interface Folder with an AddOn and FrameXML folder inside it.

cool so i got those 2 folders now , am i all set?

Yep, if you have those 2 folder, just get into game and it's all set.
