Ok what are some Priest DM loots that in your opinion are better then getting Devout Set..

I'm looking for Items for a PVE Priest no PvP

Mindtap, Manasurge Robe... those are what comes to my mind. =P

mIndtap is some trinket which (if i recall right) restores 5 mana every 5 seconds, and its not unique so many priests get 2 of those.

Manasurge is just some robe but i forgot why it was good. >,<

wow, thats all great gear, now i got one last question..

How much spirit is 6 mana every 5 seconds equal to? Or the mana spirit equation. Because I'm might just get full DM cloth gear and not spend to much time farming Devout, unless the devout Spirit Bonus+item stats will give me enough spirit to regen mana just as fast as DM gear.

Well basically about 5/6 spirit give you 1 mana per second.
But the thing is, this only works 5 seconds after your last spellcast.
A lot of the time you will be casting continuosly, so there the mana regen each 5 seconds is much better.
I normally say you regen only like 33% of the fight. Which is much for some instances.
So I take 1 mana / 5 sec as 3 spirit.
So 4/5 sec means 12 spirit to me.
meditation gives you 15% regen while casting. so for blue item set you got like 100 mana per tick, 50 mana per second. so 7,5 mana per second x 1.5 scond for flash heal = like 11 mana for a flash heal.

Also use intellect and +mana regen/spirit weapons, Start fight with the intellect and @ 75% mana switch to spirit/mana regen weapons.

These are my own calculations and I know theyre not 100% correct but you get the picture or can do the mats yourself.
