I never got to see after the very last patch. I know blizzard decided to nerf it with the kodo patch. I would guess not, but one can always hope.

Not sure but maybe they nerfed some stuff cause they added all stuff up to 300skill !

He's talking the leather armour AC nerf, it got cut by about 1/3 along with cloth, mail stayed around the same and plate got a slight bump. I don't think it changed that last patch.
