any PVP kill will give you remorseless attacks buff.

I am sure it came from personal experience. I doubt that Kintoun would post it based off of anything else. That means you can take his word at face value, OR you can level up to where you think you will do well in PVP, put some points into it, and try it out. Both seem like solid options to me.

Retro, Kintoun is a High level rogue from CB/ST/OB and part of Nurfed. They frequently PvP and I'm pretty damn sure he knows exactly what he is talking about.
