Tap-Leveling?

Hi, i heard the Indalamar's hunter got tap-leveled and got 60 really quickly. My friend is comming up to lvl 48, where he can tap mobs and i can kill them (60 rogue here)

Do you guys have any spots reccomended for doing this? Is this still the quickest way to level? Any info on this leveling method to help my friend (48 priest) would be appreciated :D

Really depends what type of class he is.

I got tabbed by my guild from level 58,5 to 60 in about 3 hours.

Tabbing the first 3 AoE groups at the back entrance in Stratholme with Holy Wrath than having 3-4 mages and 2 Priests kill them.

I got about 130k exp per hour unrested.

Gotta be a class who can AoE tab obviously.
