any tips and/or ideas?

Im not looking for the direct strat, but damn its been a week and the best we can get him is 8%.

We have him at about 21% when our main tank gets BA, and then the transition between tanks usually gets us, when we do transition succesfully we usually lose a few healers/mages in trhe process, thus we can only get him to around 10%.

You can probably tell this from your extensive horde raiding experience....

I love you demon but BoS is an incredible imbalance that Blizz has already acknowledged.
