New pvp server, For PvPers ONLY

The new PvP server Haumarush is coming up in the end of this week.
This new server is told to be a PvP server only and NOT be crowded with small guilds that's only aiming for epic gear more or less.

This new PvP server will be the main focus of the players that lost their hope for real PvP(Not AV farming). Instead of ONLY killing dragons and belive that the only pvpaction you can do is to zerg AV this will be the server where real PvP takes place.

- FG:s will take place and the old daocpvpfeeling will form.
- CTF will also be more active and tournaments will be putted in.
- Be a part of the evolution of the PvPsystem and make this game a game to even compete in.

Players that got experience from other mmorpg games would know that it cant be much funnier to create FG:s and work your way up to the top with it.

Now its the time to create and evolve the new pvpspirit on this server that will take World Of Warcraft to another level, to evolve and create a bigger playerversusplayer dimension.

yes there is, on stormscale, but it´s only alliance side, so there´s not much to kill for them.

Warders on Stormscale (EU) owns. They take out anyone 5vs5 or 10vs10.
But no, I've been talking to a person in Warders and they will not reroll to this server (depends if it's going to be PVP at all), because the only thing they are talking about in the irc-channel seems to be whos gonna kill Ragnaros first. :(

This will work belive me. I know the pvpsystem sucks atm but thats the point with this. WoW got alot of potential for awesome PvP and this server will be the first step.

Warders will reroll to this server if its a guarantee that the pvpactivity will be good.

Many friends of mine has quitted this game cuz of the pvpsystem sucks and thats one of the biggest reasons of this thread.

I agree with you Fev, most realms that currently is up has a hugh lack of PvP enthusiasm. I have no idea if you've seen me but I currently play in the guild Seven Sins at stormscale, havn't been to active the last month basicly because I want to PvP and the AV zergfest is not something that I find appealing. A couple of us are gonna start out fresh on Haumarush with complete PvP orientation, I really do hope that this realm will be strictly a PvP realm, without all the people complaining and saying "But I get more gear from PvE, besides, i don't like PvP". I'm just a little bit concerned about the horde:alliance ratio though, I wouldn't want it to end up like Stormscale...

i'm waiting 3 hours already.
this is so fucked, when i start people will be level 10-20 already.
I've joined the server the first minute it was up, and there was a queue of 1500 then already. well only 300 left now, but i've seen pics of the server with the amount of people, looks unplayable to me.
Gotta wait in line to kill mindless zombies.. yay... gigantic step ahead for the ones taking the earlier levels.. there will be like 2 level 20's and like 10000 level 5's lol, cuz of the mobs being farmed by so many people etc..

Fev regarding your original post, has there been any guilds saying they will be moving to this server for the new pvp? Because when checking out the irc channel its all a bunch of 14 year olds talking about how much they're gonna own with their tauren shamans and who's gonna get ragnaros first :/

dont think so. a lot of pvp fanatics like to play horde. in my guild, for example, nobody likes the alliance graphics.

according to one of the realm balance sites the ratio is H:A 1.3:1, this will prolly change (for better or worse) when they raise the cap.

Don't know if I've said this before. But this realm will be just as PvP-ish as the other realms.

People from almost every server out there are rolling up a char there, it won't be any more PvP than the rest of the servers.

no but if you do for the first 40 lvls all those ppl leave that are looking for pve and cry about every pvp situation they dont win. thats my point.
pve ppl on pvp servers cry because of pvp and how evil everybody is that kills in any situation they arent prepared but nobody thinks about ppl that are looking for pvp and wont get because 75% of the server is sitting down, shield/hearthstone doing or dont do anything for pvp.

i really have no fun in greykilling or corpsecamping, i always thought it is ridiculous, and seriously, i still do, but im pissed about the situation on pvp servers and if i read in forums that someone complains about getting PKed in PK zones i will hunt them down. with luck one day they'll get that trying to pvp is much more fun than just sitting on the ground: mimimimimi, you stole my chocolate.

i can live with that :) i will kill everyone i see till lvl 40, no matter what anyone else says. i wont camp if they fight, but if they sit on the ground and flame in forums, i will also camp.

i'm playing since us beta and never camped, never. and i didnt even kill 1 grey if they didnt attack me, BECAUSE i love true pvp. but on any pvp server i was and hear of, most ppl just dont care about pvp. they rather sit on the ground than fight. thats what i call,...how did you say? gay, right.

it seems even hard to me doing shit like that but i dont really like to let opportunists having everything, easy grinding with anti-pvp attitude AND zerging when they are 60 just for secure killing/farming honor points.

If i kill a grey guy once he´ll come back with friends to try and kill me.
I call my friends and we have some battles, ending in a good evening of PvP.

Anything goes, it's the one and only rule on PvP really as long as it's all fair play (no cheating) so I don't see why people are still complaining about getting killed, be it a 1000 man gank just for you it doesn't matter.
