What does nurfed UI do?

Sorry if I missed it somewhere, but is there an FAQ or something that lists all the fuctions of the user interface?

If you watch one of their videos you can see all the extra stuff. Mainly, shows health/mana regen, more places to put spells, timer on buffs and a clock on the top. I know i forgot something :?

it auto hotkeys certainn potions to their own slots, slot for hearthstone too lower right

Instant quest log, quest levels, 12 group member buffs listed under their bars, 4 debuffs to the right of the bars in a larger icon.
