Was reading the EU WoW boards (U.S. ones aren't allowed at work :() and I browsed over this beauty.
Upon the release of the next content patch, the current debuff limit of eight is being increased to sixteen. This should allow players a little more freedom in using abilities which add debuffs, especially during encounters involving a raid boss.

Warlocks rejoice! (Ghost is gonna rape everyone in damage now) Encounters just got a hell of a lot easier too if they don't retune anything.
