Hey all,

I played a Dwarf Warrior in the first stress test to lvl25 and really enjoyed it. In the second stress test/open beta I played an undead warrior to lvl19, an orc warrior to lvl12 and a human rogue to lvl17, plus most other classes to approximately lvl10. I did enjoy my warriors but not as much as the first time I played. I really like the whole idea behind the warrior being kind of protector / group leader so I’ve decided I'm going to put my faith in blizzard and people like dalamer and role a warrior as my main. I also really liked playing a rogue and I’ve decided to have one alt which will be a rogue.

Any way to my questions...

Dal I read you’re article on the warrior and noted that at almost the very last minute you tried to convince your clan to move to the alliance I wonder if you could say why? Also if you were thinking of going alliance which race would your warrior have played?

I wonder if maybe your thoughts on changing to alliance maybe centred less on which race was best for warriors but which side was overall better for the majority of classes. If this was the case and you had no clan ties and could chose either side and any race for your warrior would you still chose troll? If not what would you chose and more importantly why?

Also if you had gone alliance would you have still gone warrior? Maybe you were thinking of paladin?

Based on the game as it ships and I guess you limited play time as a paladin do you think the paladin would be a better choice as an alliance tank / protector / group leader? Also do you think they are as much fun, I have read they are good but slightly boring class.

Lastly on a warriors path to lvl 60 are there any skills you wouldn’t train? i.e. that are a waste of money and you don’t / wouldn’t use ?

I know the questions are kinda aimed at Dal but any imput would be welcome thanks.

As far as paladin goes it really depends on the type of player you are. There's a lot of micromanagement involved in replaces certain blessings on people (some are 5 minute buffs, etc.) which seals to use and when, it's a lot to learn and remember. To some people that's a rush and the complexity makes it hella fun (similar to how some people like the shaman for it's complexity with totems.) To other's it's a tedius chore that makes it boring to play.
