Hello, I have lots of experience with the game with a 60 sham and 54 lock on different servers. But I've decided to totally re-roll as a warrior on the new pvp realm just released. I am curious what a good levelling talent build is, as well as any suggestions for levelling. I am questing like a whore at the moment, and haven't had any real grinding moments yet, the server is nuts right now.

I see that many warriors get mortal strike, should i do arms right away? Which talents should i invent my points into to let me level the fastest. Also what profession is best for a warrior. I was thinking smithing/mining as I can make decent gear for myself, and make some mediocre cash.

Thanks.

i think the most common (atleast for people in my guid :P) is to take 5/5 in cruelty and then work your way down the arms try and respec to ms at 40

Yeah that +% crit dmg is a huge dps boost that early, thats something I definately wasn't sure about, but which arms talents to spec out first? I know I'll get improved overpower as soon as I can in arms tree.

Actually I'd prolly spec in the fury tree until you hit 40 then respec to MS.

hmm for leveling you can also go for dual wield + fury

1. in my opinion more dps and more steady
2. you are gonna use mortal strike the rest of your life so why not do something else for lvling :P

smithing/mining sounds good for a new server
find the first reaper recipe on the server and you are a rich man :P

On a side note indalamar, how many IN players are on nurfed? I see KHB is in nurfed, any other old kali players? I used to play on Katan's Lair and Case's Ladder for BroodWars quite a bit. So I recognize a few of the names. Where is gaygent911 these days =)? I know Tiller is a poker whore now, but I hear he's doing well with it.

Back to warriors, better to do a DW or go for a good 2h'er? I'm really sceptical about DW because of the offhand dmg reduction, and the fact that 2h you can really pump out the dmg on those crits.

yes of course but that is what makes a warrior good in pvp
good, hard and fast crits
but that is not neccesarily the best for pve/lvling
my point is just that you are gonna use mortal strike forever cause right now there is nothing better (even with the new fury talents and stuff) for pvp
so why not lvl with something else?
