UI and Server Question for Nurfed

Just to get straight to the point I have two quick questions:

1. Where can I download or get the Nurfed UI customization stuff?

2. What server will all you guys be playing on? I am not sure how the test servers will be split up, but if you could just let me know I would strongly appreciate it.

Yep, there is a link for the UI on the main page, we won't know what server until they announce the names, at which time we will let everyone know ;).
