Depends on mobs but locks can do more dmg than mages and maybe sometimes they can reach rogue dmg in pve .. But we dont have the dmg burst that mages/rogues have. And depends on mobs ALOT on magmadar my highest SB hits for like 700dmg on majordomo adds i hit for like 1100 dmg with a regular sb and can do 2k crits.
Dling vid now ;)

That video is really in no way representitive of warlocks dmg output. I liked it but the fact is getting double and even triple crits is a very rare occurance and while its fun to watch on a video its the exception not the rule. Still warlock DPS is great and im consistently among the highest dps output in MC.

I didnt really like the movie (but good music). I will not say that he isnt a good player or that his strategy works only vs newbs, but 90% of his fights he attacks (note: yes, attacks.. always attacker) green alliance people and he is still using engineering like mad. Serious, if you attack a green one and need to use timer or something, you fail. They have bad equipment 99% of the time and if it is their first character they lack pvp-experience as well. In my first days as lvl-60 warlocks people were like "woa.. 3800 hitpoints, you are crazy" and now im 4800+ (felheart patch and im 5k+).
And beside his green-killing, drakedog did the same - just better. I guess Drakedog realized that Succubus+Shadowbolts will no more cut it after the honorpatch. Instead of going Soul Link like most warlocks I know, he went full destruction. And I think its an awesome idee. He starts with 2x seduce (1x vs trinket), basic shadowbolt + cos ownage and after the immunity timer kicked in, he changes his playing style to destruction warlock dps machine with dots, sp spam and conflagrate.

Is there a new vid out drakedog Vs PvP trinket ? I would really like to see that :o
Didnt like the old drakedog vids he was just bashing ppl who had obviously no idea of pvp ..

Yea, nice stuff. But i just dont get it lol why does he always use cos with fire spells ? :X Something i missed ? Ppl say coe is bugged but still its working fine for me.
Also drakes enemys never hit him really, he has not even 4k hp sometimes (lol?) and rogues with lev 60 hit him for 50dmg and 60 etc ? That rogue in the vid is the first i saw that ever used auto attack :p
I saw alot of warrior that were not in zerker stance so he could seduce them, NEVER happens on my server every good warrior seeing a warlock does switch stance -_-
This is a nice vid no question, and drake has a lot of nice moves and good moviemaker skills maybe.. But he uses engee bombs like no tomorrow and even wastes massiv shards vs low levs :P Its not so impressive simply and ppl who say "ohh you think warlocks suck watch drakedog he owns"
maybe have no experience in pvping vs skilled enemys..

CoE is bugged in that it doesn't benefit frost spells.

i watched that video, and it wasn't really all that impressive. Here's a few things he did.
1) Always had first strike
2) Always used the same strategy
I didn't see many 2 or 3v1's either, just alot of 1v1's of him netgunning someone on a mount and then throwing in a couple big crits.
It showed very little improvisation to situations aswell, as it seemed like every fight in that video was exactly the same (and made me get quite bored aswell).
I'm not saying he isn't good, as he obviously knows how to get kills, but i'm just saying the video itself (and alof of class video's) are lacking in showing the true depth of a class.
