I am lvling my rogue with the pve ambush build from the sticky, i got a pvp build, 25/5/21 which would be meant to use cs,ss,evis
would the pvp build be that much slower while grinding? i am pissed of to be so weak in pvp with a pve build and i want to get higher pvp rank to get the pvp armor (rank 3 atm - lvl 49).
just would it make sense to spec to pvp now?

Suggestion: Copy your character over to the Test realm and tryout a couple different builds there and see how you like them in both PvP and for grinding. You'll get firsthand experience with the builds you're interested in and you'll find out how effective YOU are with each build, not how good a build is based on theory or how someone else plays it. Additionaly, you won't be "wasting" money on a respec you might not be happy with on the Live realm you normally play on. :)

I question why you're worried about PvPing however when you're not even lvl 60 yet. I know PvP can be fun and all, but it'll be a whole lot more fun when you can actually stand a fighting chance against other players that have already reached the cap. If I were you I'd go with a build like this:

Subtlety Mastery
Camouflage Rank 5
Opportunity Rank 5
Improved Ambush Rank 3
Subtlety Total: 13

Combat Mastery
Improved Sinister Strike Rank 2
Combat Total: 2

Assassination Mastery
Improved Eviscerate Rank 3
Remorseless Attacks Rank 5
Malice Rank 5
Ruthlessness Rank 3
Murder Rank 2
Relentless Strikes Rank 1
Lethality Rank 5
Cold Blood Rank 1
Assassination Total: 25

From there just keep putting points into Seal of Fate, and then whatever else you're interested in. You should be opening with ambush, SS spamming (possibly switching mainhand weapons to a slow/high top end dmg sword/mace with the use of a macro after the ambush), and then finishing with a 4-5 point Evisc, then weapon swap back to your dagger, restealth and ambush your next target for what should be a guaranteed crit if you get it off before Remorseless fades - rinse/repeat. This should be about the fastest way possible to grind.

i am at 35g respec now, i think i tested most possiblities and i mostly liked 25/5/21, i even tested these builds with lvl 60 on test server later, i just don't know how much time i lose if i respec to pvp at lvl 49 to hit lvl cap, cuz i really want to have some fun, but. .. dunno! and yes i play with stancesets! so ambush/sword SS is posible, recommend for fast grinding is think

ok it's possible to kill 54 mage + 51 priest atm (geeee) but i don't like to see that my char is weaker in pvp than he could be...

I switched over to a PvP build before hitting level 60. I ran 22-8-21 and now run 30-8-13. I found the ambush build works fine for grinding, in fact it works really well if you pick the right mobs to grind on. Cloth wearing mobs are excellent, especially where they are all spaced out so you can gank them 1 at a time. The only thing slowing you down in such cases is the cooldown on your stealth. I would often have to wait a few seconds to restealth for my next ambush because I was killing the mobs so fast with an Ambush opener.

yea with dagger dagger ambush pvp build sure, but i said that i want to go pvp with swords! i would save 20 energy with the opener and receive 1 additional combopoint but i lose 400-1k dmg, so i think it slows me down, but is it that much?

It's not just your lost damage, it's also the damage the mobs do to you. Some of them also have special attacks they start dropping on you if you don't kill them fast. Less downtime healing is better. You also don't want to waste all your bandaids on mobs, and food at least for me is hard to come by when I am out soloing.
