View Full Version : UI - Adding Quest Minion from Cosmos...

Hey Tivoli, love the interface, clean, lean and runs great with every function I need except the quest minion. I copied over the QuestMinion folder from Cosmos into the AddOns Folder. It brings quest minion up, but it doesnt show what is required of each quest, etc.
Is there any easy to have this work with your UI? Did I need to copy over something in the FrameXML folder too?
Also, is there a way configure your UI through the client or is it all done with the files via notepad?

Right now it's just with notepad, but i'm working on a real menu, rejoice ^^, if you open up the questminion.toc file in the folder you should see a line that says dependencies, you need those addons to run it correctly, so just copy those other ones in and you should be fine.

I thought the quest minion was annoying. Pop-ups, etc, etc, junk, is what ruined cosmos.

I figured it out, thanks for the info.
Cosmos is pretty bloated but I like the quest minion for some reason.

Please make quest minion optional... I prefer to not have the bloated junk around, which is why I loved the Nurfed interface from the start. Lightweight, but to the point.

If you guys could so kindly add in a 2nd bar, that would make a few people happy. Kind of like cosmo's, 2nd bar, not the pop one. I don't like cosmos because it I have too many problems with it, and my fps goes down 5-10. Anyway you guys could add in a option for a 2nd bar?

An optional second bar is in the mix, hopefully out for the next build, i dont want to put it in as an always on thing, but something you can turn on and off.

That would be awesome. Its tough for me to play without a 2nd bar. Like if I have up to heal 5, I also will put on heal 3 and 4. So I use A LOT of slots.

That'd be great, I have a habit of binding most things to keys, and the 14 extra buttons just aren't enough for me.
