Rekuul : Warlock MC-Sets worth it ?

So what you guys think, is it worth to roll on em ?
I say "sets", because there still drop 2 sets fellheart AND nemesis, they said they removed Nemesis, but looks like it still drops :o

Okai about the fellheart, i really wanna know how usefull the 2% fear are, maybe Rek or Nystir can spare some infos here ?

Nemesis bonus is 1.5s casttime reduce on ed = totally useless atm ? :X

Okai i am asking about this because we doing mc atm using a point system, meaning if i roll on something and win i loose points and have to kill 20 bosses again for my next dice. And the Sets dont look like a REAL BIG improvement to my gear atm, so ehh i think about saving my point for a good 1h or a staff or well atm i would love to have the Talisman of Ephemeral Power, so what you guys think is the Fellheart Set with 2% fear for PVP worth it vs rogues ?

Well, generally speaking the Felheart stuff is pretty good. My favorite pieces being the Shoulders and Legs. I highly reccomend picking at least both of those up. The 2% chance to fear is great. It does effect your diminishing returns but honestly that doesnt matter as much as you would think. The proc gives you enough time to get a real fear off and get away.

Also, if you are on a PvP server other items you want to get are:

Heavy Dark Iron Ring, Sash Of Whispered Secrets, Staff of Domination or Azuresong Mageblade.

Id also like to pick up a Ring of the Archmagus but I dont see that happening anytime soon.

Anyway, GL with Core and if you are one of a few warlocks I reccomend saving for the good stuff: (Staff of Domination, HDIR) and getting those first because the warlock stuff will inevitably drop for you sooner or later... that stuff wont.

atm i am the only warlock, there are 3 normally, but well i guess i have to take the warlock stuff that drops because else would be a hard waste if i say no as the only warlock ppl would be angry kinda i guess. Yea you right the leggs and shoulders own while headpiece is not that great compared to ogre crown or dreadmist.

Hope we will hit the last bosses soon atm we doing Baron Geddon.
I also like my Ogre Staff atm, while of course domination woul be better or the mageblade, but hard to get cause every caster wants them :?

Btw Rekuul what you think about the Kazzak crit ring and the staff ?
The ring is 12sta 12int 1% crit, dropped twice for us so far i am not sure if i should roll on these or wait for MC rings. Also is the staff worth it compared to Dom staff or mageblade ?

hard to say for me, and yes my mainaim is it to be good pvp-wise 8)

No, you dont want the Staff off of Kazzak. 0 stam kinda kills it as a PvP weapon. The rings... it depends. If you go for the ring off of Kazzak then you probably want the ring off of Onyxia as well. Me? Im going for the 20 stam 110 armor +8 def ring and the Ring of the Archmagus. But thats just an equipment "style" choice. I dont like being a glass cannon so I like having a lot of HP to cut through..

Hm, so you think 8def and 110 armor make a lot of difference?
I also have this 110 armor 6all res (not fire) thingy from enchanting flyning around in bank, might be a nice combo with the 20 sta ring and the archmagus one.
I will just wait wich ring drops first than i will decide i guess, we did like 3 weeks of mc running now almost every class set droppt but not warlock. So i have a lot of points left, atm i think i am the only caster with full points, if we take out Geddon this week, i have good chances of archmagus. Than i might be happy again with my gimped warlock for some time 8)

Ancient Cornerstone Grimoire + Azuresong Mageblade...best combo. 2 pets, 1 of those being lvl 72 skeleton :P

only nemesis helm drops from onyxia and nemesis leggings from Ragnaros.

All other nemesis items were removed and moved to Blackwing Lair, the next Raid instance that will be released in an upcoming patch.


Some people still have nemesis items from MC before the most recent patch, but you can no longer get anything but the leggings/helm at the moment.

Felheart IMO is the best stam/int gear in the game for warlocks at the moment, the set bonus' are okay. With +100 to all resists felhunter will be a resist machine, somewhere >200 resist i believe.

The rest of the bonus' aren't all that great.

P.S. -1.5s off enslave demon is nice, infernals and doomguards aren't completely useless, just mostly.

European guild just made MC again, they killed all bosses and got ragnaros down to 60% in first try. On the corpseshots were nemesis bracer, so they still drop :wink:

We cleared Mc tonight great run, by clearing i mean we killed till golemagg. We cant spawn majo yet, we plan onixya next week.
Was a great run but no warlock drops at all, well we also did kazzak and i lootet the crit ring, i think i will go next for HDIR or the onixya one not sure. Archmagus droppt also, but a priest outrolled me.
Still very happy we did so good in mc tonight and at least 1 loot for me :)

I would get the Onyxia ring. Because stacking crit is good.

HDIR drop today from Lucifron since noone else wanted it i said i take it, I had lootbug (we used masterloot), so no ring now for me :?
Guess Onyxia s crit ring is anyway better combo, i also have the archmage belt with 25int 10sta 1% crit and most of the chroma scales for the chromatic scale cloak, so i think it will be a lot of crit if i have all the stuff together.
Just that a lot of ppl will roll on ony head, will take some time till i get it, but i think its worth it 8)
