Is this the same Indalamar and Nisstyr from Everquest, Xegony Server?

I think I used to be in The Dark Exile with you fellas. I was a gnome magician and my brother Wendalf was an ogre shaman.

If I recall correctly, Indalamar was at first a wizard but then switched a dwarf paladin, had the only butcher block hammer. Nisstyr, DE-Necro? this has to be you guys.

I think we lost touch when Ranadin moved the guild to 7th hammer. My brother and I didn't stick around much longer, we went to DAoC because we wanted PvP. We only quit that game recently for what looks like we'll be playing WoW.

If it is you guys, interesting, because we're talking over 5 years ago when we last spoke to yas. Let me know what server you guys will be playing on launch. We'd love to guild up again if you're looking for more. We'll definetly be on a pvp-server and horde though.

I'll check back soon guys.

Good stuff ...

We're east coast but we'll goto a central zone server, an hour difference. We'll keep an eye out to see what server you land.

I was a gnome magician at first but I remade to a dark elf magician later on. My brother was an ogre shaman. I used this name, Cereb and my bro was Wendalf.

I used to group with Indalamar a lot on his first character, the Wizard, but at that time I still wasn't in TDE nor do I think it even existed. This was when the game first came out, we're talking 8 years ago? I ended up in TDE after Indal gave up leadership to Ranadin.

Actually Niss, we grouped on the seafuries a lot trying to level up some other people. You were telling us how you used to watch the Karate Kid all the time when you were growing up and so we were making fun of it, lol. Odd, I know, but for some reason that stuck in my mind.

I remember Cedric? he was a skald. Trying to think here but nothing else is coming to mind. This is soo long ago and I have the DAoC people still in my head.

I don't think you guys left Xegony for 7th Hammer when the rest of us did. Actually, I think you stayed and switched to Inner Circle.

Them were some rough times, all the competitiveness, bickering and gossip. Hard to remember who went where and what happened. Especially after all these years.

We went on 7th Hammer for a little bit, then we sold out on ebay and waited a bit till DAoC launched (we needed pvp). Obviously everyone was resentful and pissed off at us for having done that, but oh well, people take things personal.

Maybe you remember my notorious moment, I camped the SMR for 3 days straight, non-stop, until I got my robe. You said it was overrated and I agree, but I wanted it, lol.

God was I pathetic then.

Wait a sec, upon further thunking it wasn't you I was with in seafuries, it was another de-nec. You're not the karate-kid, Niss.

I think you're the paint baller ? I was in the army at the time and you were telling me about playing paintball and how some guys showed up who were supposively in the military but got their butts kicked. We talked about paintball a lot, if my memory now serves me any.

I have no idea why I'm in a state of deep-thunking over this but oh well.

What else is their to do other than be depressed over warriors, right?
