question about the nurfed interface

hi ive been playing wow beta for about 3 weeks now and i cant seem to fit all my spells that id like to use on my shortcut bar.. now ive seen your latest video of a player that had a second bar above the first?

ive downloaded your interface but im not sure of how to install it properly.. could u guys possibly post it up i think it would be a good permanenty forum sticky if u know what i mean

sorry i read that after i posted gee im stupid but um if there a shortcut way of using the spells i put on the side?

do they follow the shift + 1 etc ?
i cant do it atm coz of server shutdown >.<

all the shortcuts on the side are bindeable to whatever you want. You can find them in the key bindings section at the very bottom.
