Scholomance Question - Blood of Innocence

Now, I am a warrior and I want to get the Boots of Valor, so I have to kill Kirtonos the Herald in Scholomance. Now I know you have to summon him with the Blood of Innocence, and that the Blood is single use.

But I cant quite figure out where to get the blood. I know the Mission set from the ghost right outside has something to do with it, but I heard the blood does drop even if you dont have the mission. Thottbot comments say to kill the Butcher or Janice for the blood, i have killed both , though Janice only once in a raid and i didnt see any blood of innocence.

What am i missing here?

If I remember correctly, you have to take the quest to kill The Butcher in Scholomance.

Then use the bloody corpses near him to get the items for the quest. Once that is complete, you get:

You have to go kill Janice in Scholomance and get the quest item from her body. Then come back and you get:

http://www.thottbot.com/?q=4200

At which point you can fight Kirtonos with your own blood. After that point you will also get Blood of Innocents drop from The Butcher (and I think Janice, not sure) everytime you kill them.

PS: If you are in raid probably none of this will work, since I think they are normal dungeon quests.
